About the Role:We’re looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer to join the Product Analytics team in our Noida, India office. You will use your healthcare background and experience in analytics or data engineering to help build impactful analytics products for both our clients and internal teams. By sharing your experience and expertise in analytics and data pipelines with the rest of our global team, you will have a substantial impact on the quality and efficiency of our team.As a pivotal individual contributor on the team, you will be given a rough idea of the “problem” to solve, navigate the content in our data warehouse, transform it into well curated datamarts that are fit for use, and design intuitive dashboards for consumption by our clients and internal users.The most important thing to the role will be your ability to balance speed with reliability and consistency. It will require you to be:Fluent with SQL and comfortable working with complex interrelated datasetsProficient in dbt and well-versed in different data modeling paradigms, with knowledge of when and how to apply themInclined towards simplicity, scalability, and creating maintainable codeKnows how to drive QA/validation of dashboards and visualization layersConstantly curious about the problems to be solved (not just the technical execution)This is a high-impact role that will help drive innovation in our product, magnify the value of our entire solution suite, and shape our position in the market.Key Responsibilities:Develop analytics about our products to discern if our tools are being used as intended and generating positive outcomes for our healthcare customersDevelop analytics about general hospital operations to provide them with information to power and improve their daily operationsProductionalize analytics using performant dbt pipelines, dashboards, data monitors, and other platform tools.Develop analytic solutions to support internal requests regarding client-specific questions to support our customer support teamsDeploy analytics to new customers in a sustainable, scalable, and reliable mannerImprove those around you with hard-earned wisdom and best practices to improve the health of our analytics platform (e.G. code architecture, documentation, procedures)What We’re Looking For:5+ years experience in analytics, data engineering, or business intelligenceDeep experience leveraging SQL to answer applied business analytics questionsExpertise in data modeling & designing dbt pipelines for production servicesExperience optimizing queries & modeling data for BI tools and semantic layersA love for the big picture and a healthy obsession with the detailsDeep curiosity and a passion for real-world impactIt’s a Plus if You Have…A solid understanding of git and version controlExperience with Claims or Population Health dataDeep knowledge of modern data warehouses (Databricks preferred)Experience with BI tools that have a semantic layer (Sigma, PowerBI)Education in statistics, economics, or other quantitative fieldExperience building applications that use Generative AIExperience in Linux and Command Line toolsFamiliarity with EHR data and able to understand how the transmission of data in healthcare affects the analytics which can be performedFor this role, Timings -02:30 PM - 11:30 PM and Work from the Office (3 Days from the office and 2 Days from Home) (Noida, Sec-142).
