Should be able to organize the work/tasks well to the team. - Expected to manage a team of 15+ people with multiple modules/products running in parallel. - Strong leadership skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution - Project Management skills including time and risk management, resource prioritization and project structuring - Highly interpersonal, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills. - Provide presale support - requirement understanding, estimation and sizing
