We are hiring an experienced Telecaller with strong international sales exposure. RemoteHighly skilled Telecaller with strong communication skills and experience in international sales, preferably in the mortgage and insurance industries.Key RequirementsExcellent English & Malayalam communication skills (speaking & comprehension)Mandatory: Proven experience in Sales / TelecallingInternational calling experience in one or more regions: US / UK / EMEA / CanadaAbility to handle outbound calls, follow-up, and close leadsStrong persuasion and client-handling skillsStrong proficiency in English and Malayalam is essential. Hindi proficiency is a plus.A warm, empathic communication style and a pleasant telephone presence are essential for this role.Role ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound international callsPitch financial services confidentlyManage follow-ups and convert leadsMaintain CRM updates and daily call reportsWho Should ApplyThis position requires candidates who are comfortable handling sensitive customer interactions and providing personalised support for clients in the mortgage and insurance domains.This role aligns with specific client communication preferences and requires candidates who meet those expectations.Work TimingNew Zealand business hours (01:30 AM to 09:30 AM Indian Time)Salary Range: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 (based on experience)Incentives: Performance-linked rewards. Earn 50K+ in incentives upon achieving targets.
