We partner with farmers, aggregate supply, and connect them directly to organized demand through tech-led solutions — driving efficiency, transparency, and profitability across the fruit value chain.What We’re Looking For:We’re looking for a Data Analyst to join our Business Finance team — someone who loves diving deep into data, connecting dots, and converting numbers into business impact. This isn’t a “get a request → build a report” role. We want someone who can think independently, spot opportunities, and add value proactively by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the Business and BizFin teams. If you love solving open-ended problems and using data to tell stories that move the business forward — we want youWhat You’ll Do:Work closely with Business & BizFin teams to drive data-backed decisions.Build and maintain dashboards and reports that actually make an impact.Proactively explore data to uncover insights, trends, and hidden opportunities.Translate business questions into analytical models and crisp insights.Handle ad-hoc analyses with accuracy, speed, and attention to detail.Ensure data sanity, consistency, and integrity across all reporting layers.What You’ll Bring:0–4 years of experience in data analytics or business analytics.Strong SQL skills (you should be able to write and optimize complex queries).Excellent Excel skills and experience with at least one BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.).Experience with Python or another scripting language for automation or data manipulation.Sharp analytical mindset, curiosity to explore, and the ability to simplify complex data stories.Great communication skills — you can make insights simple, visual, and actionable.Self-starter attitude — someone who figures things out, not just waits for instructions.Cherry on Top Experience with Zoho Analytics and/or Anaplan.Prior exposure to Business Finance / FP&A setups.Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments.Join us if you’re excited to make data a competitive advantage at Vegrow — and grow your career while helping us grow India’s fruit economy.
