Closeloop Technologies, a California-based IT services company, is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead and drive sales efforts.
About the Role:The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and aligning Closeloop's offerings accordingly.
- Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, ensuring they meet targets and develop professionally.
- Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, analyze competitors, and position Closeloop competitively.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to tailor solutions and enhance customer engagement.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Track and manage sales activities using CRM tools to ensure a structured sales process.
- Revenue & Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- 5-8 years of experience in IT services sales, B2B sales, or enterprise sales.
- Strong understanding of software development, cloud solutions, AI services, CRM & ERP projects, digital transformation, and IT consulting.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing a sales team and driving team performance.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Proficiency in using Zoho CRM or other CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting.
- Experience selling custom software development, AI solutions, or enterprise IT services.
- Prior experience working with international clients.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
