Key Responsibilities:

1. Work on Continuous Tracks (incl. NPS) and Customized studies of our group's flagship brand and India's leading news brand - Hindustan Times (PRINT) As a part of this, also interact with leading agencies and internal functions.

2. Work on Research and Insights projects to support B2B Ad Sales teams for Hindustan Times with special focus on Brand Lift Study (BLS) and feed forward studies for client brands. This covers across DIGITAL campaigns, PRINT campaigns and also EVENTS/IPRs etc. Develop and maintain a Centralized Insights Repository, ensuring accessibility of research insights across stakeholders for all primary research activities.

3. As a part of value addition to clients campaigns, use HT Media's patented Artificial Intelligence tool AICOS. This is a unique opportunity for the team member to actually use AI solutions as part of work.

4. Manage the highest research budget to support the above. This would include end-to-end exposure from Annual Budgeting to Quarterly Planning to Project level execution.

Experience:

1. Minimum 4 years of work experience in Market Research sector. Higher experience is not a constraint but person needs to be hands on and skilled at navigating well.

2. Experience in Primary Quantitative Market Research with practical knowledge of research methodologies is mandatory

3. Experience in B2B Market Research projects will be an add on.

4. Would prefer candidates who have worked in any of the following agencies - Kantar/IMRB, Nielsen, Ipsos, GfK Mode. Candidates with different profiles can be considered on merit basis
