Job Description:

As a Recruiter at Fernandes and Associates, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring that we meet the staffing needs of our clients efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles across multiple industries.
  • Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Conduct initial interviews, assess candidates skills and cultural fit, and provide a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Proactive Approach: Stay ahead of industry trends and employment market changes to provide valuable insights and advice.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and human resources activities.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using job posting websites and social media for recruitment purposes.
  • Proactivity: Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick Learner: Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Prefer candidates from in and around Margao, Goa
