Invoicing & Client CoordinationPrepare, verify, and send invoices to clients accurately and on time.Follow up for pending payments and maintain professional client communication.2. Bank & Account ReconciliationPerform daily and monthly reconciliations of all bank accounts.Track receipts, payments, and ensure accurate accounting entries.3. Cash Flow & Expense ManagementMonitor cash inflows/outflows and ensure smooth operations.Coordinate vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking.4. Taxation & ComplianceManage GST, TDS, and other statutory filings and payments.Coordinate with CA for audits, financial statements, and year-end filings.5. Agreements & ContractsPrepare and manage agreements/contracts after understanding the scope of services from both agency and client teams.Ensure all terms are accurate, compliant, and completed through to final signing benchmarks.6. Payroll & Statutory DeductionsSupport HR in salary processing and ensure timely PF, ESIC, and professional tax payments.7. Financial Reporting & MISMaintain dashboards and monthly MIS reports for management review.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.8.
