Job Description:

We are looking for a Channel Partner Executive with 2-3 years of experience in developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue of our organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new Channel partners 

  • Give Demos and Educate Channel partners about our Product and its uses

  • Develop and maintain strong and long-term relationships with partners, and work closely with them to develop new strategies to improve the sales and revenue

  • Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements

  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts

  • Monitor industry trends and stay up-to-date on competitors and market conditions

  • Create and manage channel partner budgets and forecasts

  • Provide support and strategic recommendations to the partners based on their requirements and challenges

Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Channel Partner Management / Sales

  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills along with good Presentation skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with Partners

  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  • Time management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a Team

  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
