Academic Delivery

  • Plan and execute lessons as per CBSE guidelines, integrating experiential and inquiry-based learning strategies.
  • Create concept clarity through the use of real-life examples, projects, activities, and cross-disciplinary linkages.
  • Regularly assess student learning through formative and summative assessments, and give timely feedback.
  • Prepare students for CBSE board exams using a stress-free, concept-first approach that promotes deep understanding and thinking.
  • Integrate ICT tools, audio-visual content, and digital resources to enhance teaching effectiveness.
  • Design and develop high-quality question papers, worksheets, and assignments aligned with CBSE patterns and competency-based learning approaches.

NEP & NCF-Aligned Pedagogy

  • Encourage competency-based education as per NEP 2020 and NCF 2023, with focus on critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and creativity.
  • Promote multilingualism, inclusive education, and skill-based learning as part of classroom culture.
  • Facilitate development of life skills, emotional intelligence, and responsible citizenship through integrated learning modules.

Student Mentorship & Well-being

  • Build positive, respectful, and open teacher-student relationships.
  • Provide academic and emotional mentoring to students, especially during the crucial senior years.
  • Coordinate with school counselors and parents for student support where needed.

Professional Responsibilities

  • Participate in continuous professional development, training workshops, and curriculum design sessions.
  • Collaborate with peers to co-plan interdisciplinary projects and school initiatives.
  • Maintain all records: lesson plans, attendance, assessments, student portfolios, and feedback documentation.
  • Uphold high standards of professional conduct, punctuality, and ethics.

Tech Competencies Required

  • Use of AI tools, apps, and software to create engaging and adaptive learning experiences.
  • Use of MS-office tools and Outlook
  • Comfort with digital assessments, virtual teaching (if needed), and data-driven feedback systems.
