**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level (CBSE curriculum preferred)
**Qualification**: M.Sc. (Physics) + B.Ed (mandatory)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach Physics to students of Grades XI and XII as per the CBSE curriculum with conceptual clarity and practical relevance.
- Plan and deliver well-structured, engaging, and interactive lessons using a variety of teaching methodologies and digital tools.
- Prepare students for board exams through regular assessments, practice papers, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Maintain lesson plans, academic records, and student performance data accurately on the school ERP system.
- Conduct practical classes in the Physics lab with proper safety protocols and ensure students’ hands-on participation.
- Stay updated with curriculum changes, NEP guidelines, and best practices in teaching-learning processes.
- Decorate and maintain classroom boards with concept-based content and student activities.
- Encourage scientific thinking and curiosity among students through projects, experiments, and discussions.
- Maintain discipline and provide a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Make care calls to parents of absentees and ensure students are regular, in proper uniform, and carrying ID cards.
- Participate in school events, training programs, PTMs, and contribute to academic planning.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using smart boards, simulations, and other digital teaching aids.
- Strong classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring young minds.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
