Managing the responsibility of designing/modifying the existing Underwriting guidelines of Life Insurance Coach and monitor Team leads in day-to-day operations. Analyze reports for team performance on processes. Escalate issues in a timely manner across functions and suggest alternative approach Enhancement of underwriting knowledge through reference manuals, trainings, exams and other available means.
