Creative Intern (with Path to Full‑Time)

What You'll Do

  • Trend Intelligence: Monitor Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts—and emerging platforms—to spot viral sounds, challenges, formats, and creators.
  • Content Creation: Produce 5–7 pieces of social content per week: quick-cut videos, motion‑graphic snippets, carousel posts and Stories that stop thumbs in their tracks.
  • Copy & Caption Crafting: Write punchy hooks, engaging captions and CTAs tailored to platform algorithms and audience behavior.
  • Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (views, watch time, shares, saves) to identify what's resonating—and iterate in real time.
  • A/B Testing: Experiment with thumbnails, hooks, lengths and post times; document learnings in a shared trends dashboard.
  • Collaboration & Ideation: Pitch ideas in weekly brainstorm sessions with the design and strategy teams; turn feedback into rapid prototypes.
  • Community Engagement: Monitor comments, DMs and mentions; surface top insights and user‑generated content for potential reposts.
