Job Title: Senior Sales Engineer – Batch Coding and Packaging Machines Location: Hyderabad, Telangana " This is a Hyderabad-based role, and we are accepting applications from local candidates only. " Languages : English, Hindi and Telugu Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: The Senior Sales Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving sales and providing technical expertise for our batch coding and packaging machines. This role requires a deep understanding of the industry, exceptional technical knowledge, and strong sales capabilities to identify and meet customer needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand our market presence. Identify potential clients, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions using our range of batch coding and packaging machines. Demonstrate and articulate the technical features and benefits of our products to clients through presentations, demos, and technical discussions. Collaborate closely with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met and solutions are customized appropriately. Provide ongoing technical support to clients throughout the sales process and after-sales service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to adapt sales strategies accordingly. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analyses to senior management. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our products and brand. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the batch coding and packaging machines industry. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. technical knowledge of continuous inkjet printers, thermal inkjet printers, handheld inkjet printers, band sealers, shrink tunnels, strapping machines, web sealers, filling machines, and related technologies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and closing sales opportunities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
