As our Research Lead, you will play a key role in shaping the foundation’s social impact by conducting and guiding research that highlights the challenges and opportunities within India’s under-served communities.Your role will include:Designing and leading data-driven research projects around rural development, social inclusion, and empowerment initiatives.Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting qualitative and quantitative data.Collaborating with field teams to bring authentic, community-based insights to life.Creating impact reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and partner use.Staying informed on current social development trends and policies.You are someone who:Has 3+ years of experience in social research, development studies, or related fields.Can translate data into meaningful narratives and actionable strategies.Is curious, empathetic, and deeply aligned with Vasudhārā’s mission of reaching under-served communities across India.Communicates clearly and works well both independently and collaboratively.If you’re someone who believes in using knowledge as a tool for impact, we’d love to hear from you.
