A brief overview of the job role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about leveraging technology to drive product development and revenue growth. This role requires working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch products that contribute to ekincare's exponential growth

Key success metrics for this role:

  • Enhance activation, engagement, and retention (DAU, MAU & transacting user base)
  • Improve Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV)
  • Boost User Transactions across various service lines

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize strong knowledge of app-based ecosystems to drive continuous service utilization.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, integrated growth campaigns via emails, SMS, push notifications, etc.
  • Drive ekincare's growth by devising and executing inventive strategies that transform customers into transacting base, enhance order volume, and optimise user experience and engagement.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Business, and Marketing teams to identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize data for creating exceptional user experiences and strategic decision-making
  • Define and adhere to growth roadmaps, objectives, and timelines.
  • Stay updated with growth techniques, market solutions, and innovations.

MUST Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability in growth hacking and initiatives
  • Experience in growth optimization in eCommerce, technology, HealthTech, or similar industries
  • Proficiency in using tools like MoEngage, WebEngage, etc
  • Experience with a proven track record of strategic decision-making and accountability
  • Data-savvy with an ability to find a way to get the data, create insightful stories and make informed decisions without help
  • Strategic thinker capable of crafting and executing a clear growth vision and roadmap
  • Positive problem-solving attitude, adaptable to a fast-paced super app environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to process unstructured information into actionable insights
  • Go-getter attitude and excellent collaborative skills
  • Proven experience in influencing multiple products and stakeholders
  • Creative and innovative thinking in a competitive industry
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver tangible results in critical situations
  • Keen to stay abreast of new technologies and leverage them for product improvement

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 5+ years in product marketing or growth role with a focus on revenue
  • Bachelor's degree in commerce, Engineering, Healthcare, or Business Administration (master's preferred)
  • Passionate about addressing healthcare consumer needs in India
  • Experience in SQL/Tableau/Data Visualization tools will be an added advantage

  • Less than three years of experience in Growth, or Product Marketing roles specifically within the domain of internet-based products
