We provide end-to-end services including marketplace onboarding, Merchant of Record (MoR) models, international shipping, compliance, and foreign payment settlement.Key Responsibilities:Identify and connect with Indian sellers, brands, and distributors looking to expand internationallyPitch our end-to-end cross-border solutions, including MoR, logistics, and payment supportBuild and manage a pipeline of high-potential clients from across IndiaOnboard clients and coordinate with internal teams for smooth activationMaintain strong relationships with clients and ensure upsell/cross-sell opportunitiesAttend relevant industry events, expos, and networking forums to build visibilityRequirements:Proven experience (3+ yrs) in eCommerce sales, preferably with an eCommerce agency, marketplace (e.G., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.), or SaaS companyStrong understanding of how Indian sellers operate and the challenges of global sellingWide network of seller communities, D2C brands, and regional distributorsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsSelf-driven, target-oriented, and confident in consultative sellingWhat We Offer:Competitive base salary + performance-linked incentivesOpportunity to work with a globally scaling eCommerce companyExposure to international markets and strategic brand collaborationsComfortable office environment in Thane (Mumbai suburbs)Learning & growth support from senior global eCommerce professionalsTo Apply:Email your resume to hr@dmsmatrix.com with the subject line: Sales Manager – Cross Border eCom
