Role- Analytics Consultant

Location- Bangalore/Gurgaon(Hybrid)

We are looking for a Consultant – Data Analytics who can blend data analysis, statistical modeling, and visualization to solve real-world business problems. The role requires strong skills in Python, SQL, and visualization tools with the ability to explore datasets, test hypotheses, and generate actionable insights that guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

 Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and define analytical approaches.

 Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, outliers, and relationships in data.

 Apply statistical techniques (hypothesis testing, correlation, regression, clustering) to validate insights.

 Build, test, and validate predictive and prescriptive models using Python and ML frameworks.

 Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate complex findings clearly to business and technical teams.

 Translate analytical outcomes into compelling stories and actionable recommendations.

 Continuously explore new methods, algorithms, and tools to enhance analytics capabilities.

Must-Have Skills

 Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, statsmodels, matplotlib/seaborn).

 Solid grounding in data analysis and statistical methods (descriptive analytics, hypothesis testing, regression, clustering).

 Proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.

 Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

 Strong ability to translate data into insights and communicate them effectively.

 Problem-solving orientation with attention to detail.

 Minimum of 2 years' experience dealing with analytics projects and in depth data analysis

Good-to-Have Skills

 Exposure to time-series forecasting, NLP, or optimization techniques.

 Familiarity with cloud analytics platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

 Understanding of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).

Education

 Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
