Qualifications & Requirements
- Ph.D. in Pharmacy (Mandatory).
- First Class at Bachelor’s and Master’s degree level in Pharmacy.
- Teaching and research experience , including at least 1-2 years at the level of Assistant Professor .
- Significant record of research publications in SCI/Scopus indexed journals.
- Experience in guiding doctoral research scholars.
- Strong academic leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in Pharmacy and related specializations.
- Guide Ph.D. scholars and supervise research projects.
- Develop and update curricula to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed, peer-reviewed journals.
- Secure research funding and collaborate with national/international institutions and industry partners.
- Contribute to departmental administration, academic planning, and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and conferences to enrich academic exposure.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior faculty and students.
