Qualifications & Requirements

  • Ph.D. in Pharmacy (Mandatory).
  • First Class at Bachelor’s and Master’s degree level in Pharmacy.
  • Teaching and research experience, including at least 1-2 years at the level of Assistant Professor.
  • Significant record of research publications in SCI/Scopus indexed journals.
  • Experience in guiding doctoral research scholars.
  • Strong academic leadership, communication, and organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Teach and mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students in Pharmacy and related specializations.
  • Guide Ph.D. scholars and supervise research projects.
  • Develop and update curricula to align with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed, peer-reviewed journals.
  • Secure research funding and collaborate with national/international institutions and industry partners.
  • Contribute to departmental administration, academic planning, and quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, and conferences to enrich academic exposure.
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior faculty and students.
