Role Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can take complete ownership of digital sales performance. You must be highly skilled in running Meta (Facebook + Instagram) Ads, Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), SEO, and ROI-Driven Campaign Strategy. The goal is simple: drive profitable sales and improve ROAS.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Cold, Retargeting, Conversion-focused)
  • Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping & YouTube) with a strong focus on sales
  • Track and improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, and other key performance metrics
  • Perform keyword research and drive organic traffic via SEO & content planning
  • Collaborate/execute with design & content teams for ad creatives and product landing pages
  • Run A/B testing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Set up advanced pixel tracking, event-based goals, conversion APIs, etc.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights, learnings, and strategy suggestions
  • Stay updated on the latest performance marketing trends and platform updates
What We're Looking For:
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in paid ads & SEO
  • Proven track record of profitable eCommerce campaigns
  • Strong grasp of audience segmentation, funnel building & remarketing
  • Tools expertise: Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Keyword Planner, Ahrefs / SEMrush
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-oriented environment
  • Analytical mindset with an obsession for metrics and ROI
  • Preferable experience with apparel or luxury brands
Compensation:
  • ₹20,000 Fixed Monthly Salary
  • Performance-Based Incentives: Uncapped – earn up to ₹70,000+ monthly based on sales targets and ROAS achieved
