Candidates with experience in leather handbags and accessories, strong communication skills, and a professional demeanour will be preferred.Key Responsibilities of the Role: Creating bespoke solutions to meet client requirementsDelivery of Lean SolutionsChange Management ProcessLean and Six Sigma Training (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, Customised Solutions)Development of New Lean Solutions for ClientsLean Coaching, mentoringProject Execution where applicableInitiate and lead continuous improvement initiatives within Crystal Lean Solutions Identifying scope for process optimizations and reducing cycle timeConducting Time study, Method study, and Capacity studyEstimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and controlCoordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability and minimize costLine balancingKaizen ImplementationsImplementation of 5s and Lean manufacturing proceduresConfer with vendors, staff, and management personnel regarding purchases, procedures, product specifications and manufacturing capabilitiesAssisting in financial planning and cost analysisStudy and rearrange material flow and operations sequenceRegulate and alter workflow schedules according to established manufacturing sequences and lead times to accelerate production operationsEssential Skills and Qualification:Industrial Handbags & Accessories Industrial EngineerBachelor's Degree from Premium InstitutesMust have working Experience Leather Handbags and Accessories Export House as a PPC, IE executive, IE managerTotal work experience : 8 years (Preferred in Industrial Engineering)
