Reinvent. Revolutionize.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior BI Developer to join our growing technology team in Kochi. In this role, you will lead end-to-end business intelligence initiatives, design robust data models, build interactive dashboards, and work across complex data ecosystems to deliver impactful insights for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and BI solutions using Power BIBuild and optimize complex data models, apply advanced DAX, and implement ETL pipelinesWork with T-SQL, including Stored Procedures, CTEs, Dynamic Queries, Reverse Engineering, and Data ValidationApply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address business challengesManage data integration across diverse sources such as ERP systems, APIs, and RDBMS platformsWork with modern BI and data tools: Power Query, Kimbell Architecture, RLS, Filter Context, Power BI ServiceCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutionsEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and quality across workflowsUtilize additional tools (preferred): ADF, SSAS, AAS, Microsoft FabricContribute to cloud-driven BI modernization and emerging AI-assisted analyticsRequirementsExperience: 3–5+ years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or BI DevelopmentTools & Skills:Expertise in Power BI or similar BI toolsStrong T-SQL capabilities (Stored Procedures, ETL, Query Optimization)Advanced knowledge of Power BI features (DAX, Power Query, Data Modeling, RLS, etc.)Experience with ETL frameworks, data warehousing, and analytics architectureExposure: Working with ERP systems, APIs, RDBMS, and cloud technologiesSoft Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and the ability to work independentlyEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMindset: Analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving business problems through dataWhy Join Techmax?✅ Work with a fast-growing tech company redefining automotive and enterprise analytics✅ Lead innovative BI projects with exposure to advanced data technologies✅ Collaborative workspace with opportunities for leadership and learning✅ Competitive compensation, performance incentives, and career growth avenuesReady to Shape the Future of Business Intelligence?Apply now and become a core part of our data innovation team at Techmax Technologies.
