Job Title: Data Engineer

About the Company: Insight Global

Location: Remote

Pay Range: 18- 22 lakhs per annum

Duration: 1-year contract with likely extension

Notice Period: This is a ASAP hire - only apply if you can start 2 weeks after offer is extended

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Implement and manage cloud-native technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable solutions.
  • Ensure strong CI/CD practices for seamless deployment and integration of data systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to maintain optimal performance and reliability.


Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Data Engineer, with a strong focus on AI/ML applications.
  • Proficiency in big data tools such as Apache Spark and BigQuery.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
