Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Lead the development of growth strategies for Cross-Border Payments and PPI, ensuring alignment with PayU's overall business objectives. Market Expansion: Identify and analyze new market opportunities for Cross-Border Payments and PPI, driving product-market fit and geographical expansion. Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic growth initiatives. Business Development: Build and maintain relationships with key partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies to foster new business opportunities in the payment's ecosystem. Innovation & Product Strategy: Work closely with the Product team to identify and prioritize features that enhance the Cross-Border Payments and PPI products. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on project milestones, risks, and success metrics. Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to track the success of growth initiatives, analyzing data to optimize performance and meet business goals. Risk Management: Ensure that initiatives comply with relevant regulations and manage risks related to market entry, competition, and compliance. Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a team of high-performing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Requirements: Experience: 10+ years of experience in growth strategy, business development, or a similar role in FinTech, Payments, or Banking sectors. Expertise: Strong understanding of Cross-Border Payments, PPI, and the regulatory landscape surrounding these initiatives. Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving business results through data-driven insights. Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels. Education: MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the FinTech industry, with exposure to global markets and international payment systems. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to PPI, payments, and compliance in the Indian and global markets. Strong network in the Payments ecosystem, both domestically and internationally.
