Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative, driven, and experienced Social Media Manager to lead the digital presence of our food and baby care brands. The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing content across platforms to build awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with brand goals
  • Create and manage content calendars for multiple brands
  • Oversee content creation (posts, reels, videos, stories, etc.) in coordination with designer.
  • Manage brand presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, , etc.)
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry innovations
  • Run paid campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team
  • Track performance metrics and generate monthly reports
  • Collaborate with the sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Engage with the community — responding to comments, messages, and DMs
  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns when relevant
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 2-4 years of experience managing social media for FMCG or consumer brands
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms and trends
  • Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite preferred)
  • Ability to think creatively and analytically
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in influencer management and paid promotions is a plus
