We are now expanding into both B2C and B2B partnerships  and looking for a driven, network-savvy, and results-oriented professional to grow our business through high-value collaborations and strategic sales initiatives.


What You'll Do


1. B2C Partnerships & Business Development


* Identify and secure partnerships with maternity hospitals, birthing centers, baby stores, parenting communities, and relevant brands.

* Build and manage relationships with influencers, mompreneurs, and high-end maternity service providers.

* Develop targeted partnership packages to drive direct bookings.

* Negotiate collaboration terms to create mutually beneficial relationships.


2. B2B Sales & Account Management


* Identify and close corporate partnerships with brands in parenting, lifestyle, luxury, and FMCG sectors.

* Pitch photography packages and long-term retainers for events, campaigns, and content creation.

* Develop strategic relationships with event planners, marketing agencies, and corporate gifting companies.

* Maintain relationships with existing B2B clients to drive repeat business.


3. Sales & Revenue Growth


* Achieve monthly revenue targets across both B2C and B2B verticals.

* Develop and execute sales strategies for different customer segments.

* Track, analyze, and report on lead generation, conversions, and revenue performance.


4. Marketing & Activation Support


* Plan and execute brand activations, in-store events, and community workshops to increase awareness and sales.

* Support the marketing team with offline promotional strategies.

* Represent the brand at industry events, expos, and networking meets.


What We’re Looking For


  •  3–6 years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development (luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, or premium services preferred).
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with both individual consumers and corporate clients.
  •  Comfort with attending events, meeting new people, and independently driving business opportunities.
