Job ProfilePosition Overview :The Executive Assistant to CEO will provide high-level administrative support and perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:Administrative Support

: Manage CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors.Communication Managemen t : Act as a point of contact between CEO/DCEO and internal/external clients. Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure it is managed appropriately.Meeting Coordination

: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing them. Ensure that CEO is well-prepared for meetings by providing necessary documentation and briefings.Event Planning:

Plan and coordinate company events, conferences, and other functions as required. Manage event logistics, including venue booking, catering, and guest arrangements.Qualifications

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. High level of discretion and confidentiality.Personal Attributes

: Professional demeanor and appearance. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders. Adaptability and flexibility to manage a dynamic work environment.Proactive problem-solving abilities .

Working Conditions

: Part-time or Full-time position. Occasional travel may be required. May involve some overtime to meet deadlines and support the CEO.
