We’re seeking a future team memberfor the role of Senior Associate, Client Reporting/Performance tojoin our Middle Office team. This role is located in Chennai,TN -Hybrid

In this role, you’ll makean impact in the following ways: 

  • The team’s main responsibilities includeimplementing regulatory, technological and business-led change tosupport Client Reporting for institutional clients and regulatedfund ranges.                                                
  • Specific responsibilitiesinclude:
  • Manage an allocation of Vermiliondevelopment tasks to meet project and reportingdeadlines
  • Support production teams in theanalysis and resolution of issues identified in Vermilion reportproduction
  • Work with business analysts toIdentify and implement solutions to mitigate risk, increaseautomation and standardise processes
  • Implementbest practice processes for development, challenging currentworking practices as appropriate 
  • Training team members as required. 
  • Conduct applicable development testing, ensuringappropriate review and sign-off
  • Involvement insystem upgrade projects

To be successful in this role, we’re seekingthe following: 

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination ofeducation and experience.
  • 6-8 years of totalwork experience preferred.  
  • ExcellentSQL development skills
  • Advanced Java and VBA 
  • Have a detailed knowledge of VermilionReporting Suite  
  • Jira and Confluenceexperience beneficial

  • Be able to solve problemsand think strategically.
