We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Client Reporting/Performance to join our Middle Office team. This role is located in Chennai,TN - Hybrid
This role is for the Front Office Services in India are seeking Vermilion experts who would be a key point of contact between the Client Reporting Change Management Team and Client Reporting Production teams. These roles involve managing an allocation of tactical and strategic projects through the project lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis, planning, testing, implementation and handover. Involvement in analysis of change requests, completion of impact assessments within service level agreements. Identifying and implementing solutions to mitigate risk, increase automation, standardize processes and reduce cost. Coordinating the handover of reports from Change to Production which may include producing new reports, writing procedures documents, testing and training team members on new processes. issues or risks on a timely basis. Managing applicable regulatory change, liaising with business units to ensure all applicable tasks are setup and fully tested within deadlines set. These roles also come with a cost saving element as the temp to perm conversions will significantly reduce the annual costs and exposure to third party vendors
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Manage an allocation of Vermilion development tasks to meet project and reporting deadlines
- Support production teams in the analysis and resolution of issues identified in Vermilion report production
- Work with business analysts to Identify and implement solutions to mitigate risk, increase automation and standardise processes
- Implement best practice processes for development, challenging current working practices as appropriate
- Training team members as required.
- Conduct applicable development testing, ensuring appropriate review and sign-off
- Involvement in system upgrade projects
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 6-8 years of total work experience preferred.
- Excellent SQL development skills
- Advanced Java and VBA
- Have a detailed knowledge of Vermilion Reporting Suite
- Jira and Confluence experience beneficial

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Perform well under time-sensitive deadlines and manage multiple priorities
- Be able to solve problems and think strategically.
- Be driven and self-motivated. Work well both independently and as part of a team
- Be able to communicate technical concepts business analysts
- Be able to analyse complex processes, identify problems and deliver solutions
