Millenium Marbles isn't just a name—it's a feeling carved in stone through a 25 years old legacy. We're searching for a Creative Growth Lead working out of the Bangalore office for our Shoolagiri factory which is on Hosur Road, TN. and who isn't afraid to inspire awe, initiate thoughtful conversations, and gently steer curiosity into discovery. This role exists to turn emotional storytelling into tangible invitations, guiding architects and designers to our Shoolagiri factory—the space where marble meets meaning.

What You'll Do
  • Curate & Create: Craft emotionally rich content on LinkedIn and Instagram that draws designers and architects into your world.
  • Engage & Nurture: Spark thoughtful online dialogues and respond with grace, presence, and rhythm.
  • Meet & Inspire: Visit offices and sites across Bangalore, listening deeply and inspiring visits to the Shoolagiri factory.
  • Hand Off with Elegance: Warmly pass intrigued clients to our expert team at the factory, who handle selections and closings.
  • Email Lightly: Occasionally send warm, thoughtful follow-ups via email—subtle, artful, and aligned with our brand voice.
  • Collaborate on Visuals: Sync with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and emotional resonance.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Prior experience in branding, design communication, or relationship-building roles preferred.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms—especially Linkedin, Instagram, Whatsapp and Youtube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with emotional fluency.
  • Confidence and grace in in-person conversations with architects and designers.
  • Passion for aesthetics and materials—especially in architecture or luxury lifestyle spaces.
  • Ability to coordinate lightly with visual and content teams.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with Bangalore's design community or willingness to immerse quickly.
