Responsibilities:

  • Logo Design: Create unique and memorable logos that align with client branding and marketing strategies.
  • Packaging Design: Develop innovative packaging designs that are visually appealing and functional, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulations.
  • Brand Development: Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, target audience, and brand identity to create cohesive design solutions.
  • Concept Development: Generate creative concepts and design solutions for various branding projects, including digital and print materials.
  • Client Collaboration: Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback, present design concepts, and make necessary revisions.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor designs to ensure our designs are innovative and competitive.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) to create and finalize designs.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, particularly in logo and packaging design (1-4 years preferred).
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, specifically logos and packaging designs.
  • Creativity: Exceptional creativity and artistic ability with a strong understanding of design principles.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Time Management: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
