Key Responsibilities: Packaging Design & Development
  • Create impactful packaging for new and existing products.
  • Lead end-to-end packaging development: from ideation to execution — timelines, budgets, deliverables.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver functional, beautiful packaging.
Material & Vendor Management
  • Source vendors and manage relationships with suppliers and printers.
  • Ensure timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality of materials.
Creative & Visual Design
  • Design digital creatives for Amazon A+ content, e-commerce marketplaces, digital ads, and social media.
  • Build brand identities and logo systems for new product lines and acquisitions.
  • Ensure final designs are polished, on-brand, and visually consistent across all platforms.
Requirements:
  • Experience in packaging design and digital content creation in e-commerce or digital agencies.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.
  • Ability to visualize creative ideas and deliver quality results across multiple platforms.
  • Strong project and time management skills.
  • Basic Excel skills for vendor and cost tracking.
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong coordination and communication skills.
