Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sales Executive ELV to join our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, specifically in the field of ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) systems. This is a full-time position, and the candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships to meet sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical and non-technical information.
  • Strong negotiation skills to close sales effectively while meeting client needs.
  • Technical knowledge of ELV systems to provide accurate information and support to clients.
  • Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Presentation skills to showcase products and solutions clearly and compellingly.
  • Teamwork skills to collaborate with engineering and support staff for client solutions.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and prospects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to identify their needs and provide ELV solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients to demonstrate our products and services.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet the company's sales targets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to promote our services.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of product features and benefits to effectively communicate them to clients.
