Uhomes has an international operation located operations in over 27 countries or regions.
Fundraise of about 35mil USD after B+ round.
Responsibilities:
- Take the ownership of company's people strategy.
- Lead the team to come up with employee related policies and incentive schemes.
- Lead a recruitment team to enable quick and high quality hires.
- Lead a team for employee engagement and wellness.
- Draft and get the team bonding, engagement activities implemented from your team
- Ensure dataset is maintained correctly Oversee payroll Timely and error free implementation of Payroll.
- Oversee performance evaluation systems Setting up metrics and track performance is essential.
- Design company policies and procedures Review and update employment contracts and agreements.
- Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates
- Data oriented approach is must Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys).
Requirements:
- Experience as head of HR.
- HR manager or similar role Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management.
- Experience in working with fast paced startup Experience in leading an HR team.
- Experience in leading employee engagement programs.
- Experience in leading end to end HR operations.
- Experience with ATS tools and end to end recruitment process.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools.
- Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player.
- Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced start-up environment, and get things done.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹75,000/monthly

- Master's (Preferred)
Experience:
