OPEN POSITIONS (Full-Time | Delhi NCR | ₹25,000–₹35,000/month) 1️⃣ Graphic Designer (Brand & Digital) • Create scroll-stopping visuals for social media, packaging, and digital ads • Understand brand identity and translate it into clean, premium design • Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma is a must 2️⃣ Website & SEO Specialist • Maintain and optimize our website (1.5degree.co) for conversions • Manage SEO, Google My Business, and performance analytics • Prior experience in Shopify / WordPress preferred 3️⃣ E-commerce & Cloud Kitchen Growth Manager • Manage listings on Zomato, Swiggy, Instalanding, and other platforms • Track daily sales, optimize menu, pricing, offers & customer experience • Coordinate with kitchen teams and digital campaigns for performance 4️⃣ Content Creator & Reels Producer • Shoot and edit engaging videos for Instagram & LinkedIn • Script creative reels, chef collaborations, behind-the-scenes stories • Confident in on-camera presentation and storytelling 5️⃣ AI Content & Copy Enthusiast • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Midjourney, etc.) to create dynamic content • Ideate ad copies, blog content, and automation workflows using AI • Passion for experimenting with tech & creative tools 6️⃣ Automation & Odoo Specialist (Process + CRM) • Build smart workflows using tools like Odoo, Zapier, Google Workspace • Automate daily marketing, CRM, and inventory processes • Prior experience with Odoo or business automation is a plus What You’ll Love Here • A startup culture driven by purpose, creativity, and growth • Work directly with the founder & leadership team • Freedom to experiment and lead your own projects • Be part of India’s fastest-growing plant-based revolution How to Apply: Send your resume + portfolio (if applicable) to with the subject:(Role Name) – Digital Growth Team Application Let’s create impact, one scoop at a time.Edit job description
