What you'll do:

A Digital Solution Advisor is at the cutting edge of customer engagement, innovating the way of Digital Selling in sales cycles on top of traditional customer engagement model. He/she possesses advanced/expert level knowledge of SAP and partner software solutions and participates in sales cycles as a member of the virtual account team in support of the sales account strategy. Digital Solution Advisors often take on the role of a Solution Captain, managing complex customer engagements and collaborating with partners.

A Digital Solution Advisor distinguishes oneself through a mix of deep solution knowledge and a drive for innovative, engaging experiences, keeping pace with evolving customer behaviours and expectations for impactful, resonant strategies.

It isn't just about knowing products – it's about growing the pipeline, supporting deals, proving the value of SAP and Partner solutions over competitors, boosting market development, and making cool digital content that accelerate no-touch/low-touch engagement model. You'll be a knowledge guru, guiding clients with tailored proposals and helping them see all the possibilities. Every chat is a chance to make a big impact, pushing market growth with insightful references and great storytelling.

A Digital Solution Advisor is at the forefront of engaging with customers as they evaluate technology to support their business needs. In this role, a Digital Solution actively participates in progressing deals with our sales and partners, supports demand generation activities and enable other colleagues on our solution areas.

What you bring:

Demonstrable knowledge & expertise of SAP S/4HANA in Finance.Minimum 5 years' experience in customer facing roles is essential – either implementation/technology consulting or presales/sales engineering roles.Demonstrable track record of successfully navigating complex digital solution presentations, adeptly handling technical challenges, and building collaborative bridges between sales, digital and SAP partners.Understanding of sales processes is required. Leadership skill (Solution or Project proposal, Project team, Internal Initiative etc) is added advantage.Experience in driving digital transformation in presales, advocating for the adoption of innovative digital tools, and steering teams through intricate digital sales cycles is imperative.Confident with topics like Cloud in the B2B environment, Hosted Services, and SaaS/ PaaS models, cloud-based commerce/ business networksKnowledge and experience with competitive ERP solutions is an added advantage.Experience in working with customers across different countries is highly desirable.

Part of the APAC Digital Hub, this team plays a crucial role in supporting SAP's revenue aspirations in the newly formed Corporate segment, focusing on acquiring new customers across large, medium, and small businesses by providing a comprehensive range of services and methodologies across the customer journey.

Digital Solution Advisory is a customer-facing team, focused on enhancing our customers' buying journey, skilfully combining digital expertise with an understanding of customer needs to enrich their experiences and support their decisions in a rapidly changing digital world.
