Job Responsibilities
Role :- Deputy General Manager
Experience :- 15 to 20 Years
Location :- Pune.
JD :-
1.) Experience 15+ years , E2E testing (Telecom domain) , Automation framework, Amdocs Billing Responsibilities - Consult with the business, service leads to develop, define, and implement Service level test Strategy for Fusion C / Cable business - Lead the Transformation program - Responsible for E2E Service 2.) Delivery Manager role to manage and monitor the teams that resolve problems of customers.
3.) This position needs to manage workloads and prioritize work across the teams as well as develop the service delivery organization within service line.
4.) Obtain management support for time, resources and budget required to perform the activities aligned with Service level test strategy.
5.) Ensure all test artefacts for testing are approved and met on time.
6.) Continuously enhance maturity of the function by Building Organizational Capability people, processes, and tools for efficient execution of all test activities.
7.) Responsible for multiple initiatives across the Fusion C & Cable streams
