The ideal candidate should possess solid technical knowledge, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage end-to-end accounting operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and journal entries. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and income tax returns. Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations. Support in audit preparation and coordination with internal and statutory auditors. Maintain compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements. Assist in finalization of accounts and ensure accuracy in reporting. Provide financial insights to management for decision-making. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting experience. Inter CA or CA Finalis (Discontinued CA Course). Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems, MS Excel, and accounting software. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Preference for candidates residing in Thane or nearby suburbs for ease of commute.
