Job Location : Thane Job Overview:A Qualified Chartered Accountant will be responsible for end-to-end accounts finalization, audit closure, subsidiary accounting oversight, and tax compliance. The role demands strong analytical capability, hands-on experience in managing international entities, and the ability to drive accurate financial consolidation and statutory reporting.Skills & Qualifications:- Mandatory - Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 -7 years of post-qualification experience.- Strong experience in accounts finalization, audit closure, and statutory reporting.- Hands-on experience managing international subsidiaries and performing group consolidation.- Solid knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, and global accounting practices.- Proficiency in direct and indirect taxation, including GST, TDS, and corporate tax.- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics) and advanced MS Excel.- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Job Responsibilities:- Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts as per applicable accounting standards.- Manage statutory, internal, and tax audit closure, ensuring timely resolution of audit queries.- Handle accounting, reporting, and compliance for international subsidiaries.- Prepare consolidated financial statements, including intercompany reconciliations and eliminations.- Oversee direct and indirect tax compliance including GST, TDS, corporate tax filings, and assessments.- Ensure strong internal controls, accurate financial reporting, and adherence to regulatory requirements.- Support management with financial analysis, MIS, and reporting.
