About the Role We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Collection Head to lead our collections team. The role involves managing end-to-end loan recovery operations, ensuring timely repayments, and driving the performance of the collection team. Key Responsibilities● Lead and manage the collection team to achieve monthly recovery targets.● Develop and implement effective collection strategies.● Handle escalations and negotiate repayment plans with customers.● Monitor overdue accounts and maintain detailed collection reports.● Coordinate with customer service and operations teams for resolutions. Requirements● Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline).● 3–5 years of experience in loan recovery or collection management.● Excellent leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills. Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month
