Join us in our mission to bring natural and nutritious food back to the table.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a driven and articulate Sales Associate (FMCG) to lead our efforts in reaching out to Retail stores across Mumbai, including modern Trade, General Trade, retail chains, and residential societies. You’ll be the bridge between our brand and the B2C network, helping us grow our reach and visibility with pride.Must-Have AttributesPrior experience in FMCG (food) with direct connections with retail stores pan Mumbai.Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken); Hindi and/or Marathi proficiency is a strong plusMicrosoft Excel & Google Sheets Proficiency: Must know how to maintain trackers, use basic formulas, and manage lead dataClient Management Experience: Minimum 5 years in a client-facing, sales, or business development roleField-Readiness: Comfortable meeting clients in person, setting up and conducting sampling events.Time Management & Organisation: Ability to manage multiple accounts, follow-ups, and schedules efficiently.Professional Appearance & Conduct: You are the face of our brand – warm, trustworthy, and well-groomed.Must be goal/target-oriented to achieve company-wide goals and objectives.Good-to-Have AttributesBasic understanding of nutrition, clean-label, or health food trendsAbility to create simple sales decks or presentations for clientsFlexible availability on weekends for eventsGood with numbersEnthusiastic about nutrition, health, and food startupsKey ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads and onboard B2B clients, including cafés, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and corporatesSet up and manage weekend booths – from permissions to on-ground presenceMaintain records of leads, follow-ups, and orders in ExcelCoordinate with internal teams (logistics, production, marketing) for seamless executionRepresent the brand professionally during all client and community interactionsCapture customer feedback and provide market insightsPerksFixed salary + performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work with a purpose-driven food startupStrong career growth in sales, marketing, and brand managementBe part of a team that’s creating the future of clean-label nutrition in IndiaFinancials are in line with the best in the industry for the right candidate
