Data Analyst & Reporting Specialist

Provide in-depth insights and comprehensive HR metrics through data analysis and reporting, utilizing tools like Excel and other software as required.

Maintain effective data management to deliver actionable dashboards, scorecards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for gender diversity, attrition, and other HR metrics via accurate reporting and presentation.

Proactively leverage Human Resource Information System (HRIS) tools to generate regular HR metrics, track performance, and deliver timely insights to the business.

Troubleshoot data and reports to ensure accuracy, reliability, and consistency.

HR Operations & Process Improvement

Foster smooth execution of HR initiatives and identify areas for improvement at various levels, providing recommendations to senior management.

Analyze HR reports and deliver data-driven insights to enhance processes, improve productivity, and optimize cost-effectiveness.

Develop innovative solutions to refine procedures and methods, increasing overall HR efficiency.

Support the rollout and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.

Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across HR operations.

Collaboration & Compliance

Met with senior leadership to discuss project requests, highlight issues, and provide actionable recommendations.

Create detailed reports and present findings and progress to executive stakeholders.

Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency on query status, issues, and concerns.

Evaluate compliance with Data Protection and Privacy Guidelines.

Sustainability & Corporate Responsibility

Promote responsible use of natural resources.

Adhere to the organization's environmental, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

Follow ABMS roles and responsibilities outlined in the ABMS manual.

a. Understand ethical standards and the importance of integrity in business practices.

b. Identify and evaluate bribery-related risks in various business contexts, refer to the ABMS manual for further details.

Education

Degree equivalent to a graduate or postgraduate degree from a recognized institution.

Experience

Minimum 5-8 years of experience, preferably in Human Resources Analytics role.

Proficiency in Advanced Excel, Macros, Business Intelligence (BI) tools, and similar software.
