We are now seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage our International Outbound Sales Operations , driving performance, engagement, and growth. Role Overview As a Team Leader , you’ll oversee daily operations, guide a dynamic team, and ensure delivery on performance targets. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills to maintain operational efficiency and team motivation in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Track KPIs and ensure consistent performance delivery. Conduct coaching, feedback, and regular performance reviews. Manage attendance, schedules, and adherence to company policies. Identify skill gaps and collaborate with HR & Training teams for development. Handle customer escalations to ensure quick resolution and satisfaction. Prepare and present team performance reports to management. Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance work culture.
