Established as part of the Oracle Solution Center, a flagship program featuring state-of-the-art systems, cutting-edge technology, and customer-experience sites worldwide, the Oracle AI Centre of Excellence offers both a digital and physical environment, equipped with the latest cloud and AI technologies.Supported by a dedicated team of Oracle experts and a diverse network of partners, the Centre is designed to help organizations train teams, experiment in secure cloud environments, and provide the knowledge needed to transform critical business operations.What You'll DoLead enterprise pre-sales engagements across India, partnering with Sales, Product, and Engineering to shape and win strategic AI opportunities.Drive discovery, solution architecture, executive-ready demos, PoCs/benchmarks, and technical deal support for customers in regulated and high-scale industries.Lead technical discovery with C-level, business, data, and engineering stakeholders; translate business objectives into clear AI problem statements and solution approaches.Architect end-to-end AI solutions using deep learning and LLMs (prompt engineering, RAG strategies, fine-tuning approaches), integrating vector databases for retrieval, personalization, and semantic search.Present and articulate advanced product capabilities, future roadmap, and solution differentiators; tailor messaging for both technical and executive audiences.Partner with field team on opportunity strategy; influence deal progression, objection handling, competitive positioning, and executive briefings.What You'll Need5+ years in solutions engineering/pre-sales or closely related roles delivering enterprise-grade AI or software solutions across the region.Strong communication skills: executive presence, clear storytelling, whiteboarding, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and domain issues; highly detail-oriented with a passion for work quality.Proven track record delivering live PoCs/pilots and shepherding AI projects from concept to production handoff.Work arrangement: on-site at Oracle Gurgaon, India officeTechnical SkillsDemonstrable experience in at least one of the following areas:Deep LearningAt least two years of experience using Deep Learning models to solve problemsWorked with a variety of the different modelsExperience with model training and finetuningDeployed at least three projects which have gone liveGenerative AIAt least one year of experience using LLMsWorked with at least two models, with or without RAGExperience with finetuning LLMsVector DatabaseKnowledge/Experience with vector database functionalitiesAble to configure a vector database for a specific use casePython CodingExpert level expertise in Python languageSubstantial portfolio of Python applications
