We are seeking an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to design and execute targeted campaigns that engage strategic accounts, align with sales priorities, and generate high-quality opportunities. This role is key in building pipeline growth and accelerating revenue in enterprise segments.
Role Overview
As an ABM Manager, you will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing account-based marketing programs that drive engagement across priority accounts. You will work closely with sales, product marketing, and demand generation teams to deliver personalized campaigns that resonate with decision-makers in BFSI, logistics, utilities, and industrial verticals.
This role requires both strategic planning and hands-on campaign execution, with a strong understanding of digital channels, content personalization, and data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
ABM Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement ABM programs across one-to-one, one-to-few, and one-to-many approaches.
- Partner with sales to define target account lists, buying committees, and engagement strategies.
- Personalize messaging, content, and campaigns for high-value accounts and industry verticals.
Campaign Management & Analytics
- Execute multichannel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, webinars, content syndication) targeting decision-makers.
- Build account journeys with tailored assets that map to the buying cycle.
- Track account engagement, influence on pipeline, and ROI of ABM campaigns.
Sales & Marketing Alignment
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and timely follow-ups.
- Develop account playbooks, battlecards, and personalized enablement content.
- Participate in joint planning sessions to align ABM with revenue goals.
AI-Driven Marketing Enablement
- Leverage Scry AI’s Auriga® for real-time account intelligence and executive insights.
- Use Collatio® to extract and analyze industry data for account-specific messaging.
- Build data-driven dashboards for account engagement and campaign performance.
- Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in ABM.
- Proven success in building and executing ABM strategies for enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of account segmentation, personalization, and buyer journeys.
- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus) and CRM tools.
- Excellent project management, collaboration, and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track metrics and optimize campaigns.
