Description:

Role : Adobe stack practice Lead

Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and scale the Adobe practice for business growth and market differentiation in pharma and life sciences.


• Drive new business, expand accounts, and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.


• Develop and execute strategic roadmap for Adobe Cloud offerings.


• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team.


• Oversee P&L management, ensuring profitability and operational efficiency.


• Establish governance frameworks, KPI tracking, and reporting.


• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and presales teams to position the practice effectively.


• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory compliance.


• Lead solutioning, advisory, and implementation of Adobe Experience Cloud products.


• Engage with C-level executives and key stakeholders.


• Develop GTM strategies and drive solution innovation.

Desired Profile:


• 12+ years in Adobe Experience Cloud solutions and digital transformation, with a focus on pharma and life sciences.


• Strong leadership and team-building experience.


• In-depth understanding of industry compliance and trends.


• Proven ability in P&L management, business growth, and strategic decision-making.


• Experience engaging with C-level executives and managing key client relationships.


• Adobe Certified Expert (AEM, Adobe Analytics, etc.) and PMP/ITIL/Agile certifications preferred.
