Job Title: US IT Recruiter (Mid-Level)Location: Hyderabad, Onsite Employment Type: Full-TimeExp: 1-3 yrs exp only. Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to join our staffing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for the US market, focusing on contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time IT positions. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with consultants, clients, and account managers to ensure timely and quality submissions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.1–3 years of experience in US IT recruitment (W2/1099/C2C).Must have proven experience in submitting candidates on W2.He/she must be able to work on IT/Non-IT rolesStrong understanding of US Tax Terms, Work Visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT), and compliance.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Familiarity with ATS tools and major job portals.He/she must be committed and dedicated to work.If needed, he/she must stretch the extra hours or need to work over the weekend.Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Self-starter with a strong go-getter attitude.
