They’re built through strong systems, execution, and people who care.We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join us full-time and help strengthen the backbone of our operations as we continue to expand into new cities and new verticals.What you’ll be responsible forImplementing and managing ERP systems across outlets including inventory, recipe standardization, and purchase order workflowsBuilding, updating, and enforcing SOPsRunning quality audits to ensure recipe adherence and consistencyDriving menu and pricing analysis for new verticals and competition benchmarkingSupporting menu development with research and data for new markets and expansion plansImplementing SOPs across culinary and operational functions to improve efficiencyAnalyzing MIS reports with a focus on cost optimizationManaging all menu updates across online platforms and offline formats end-to-endLeading new packaging development and executionRunning periodic hygiene exercises for both inventory and digital menu accuracyWho this role is right forSomeone who enjoys structured thinking, operational discipline, and solving the small things before they become big things.
