The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and driving measurable growth in leads, traffic, or sales.Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Management:Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.Performance Optimization:Continuously monitor campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI and CPA efficiency; adjust bids, creatives, and targeting based on data insights.Analytics & Reporting:Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.A/B Testing:Develop and execute experiments on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments to improve campaign effectiveness.Budget Management:Manage monthly/quarterly budgets and ensure efficient allocation across channels to meet business objectives.Market & Competitor Analysis:Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.3–5 years of proven experience in performance or digital marketing.Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager.Strong analytical and numerical skills; proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets/PowerPoint for campaign analysis and reporting.Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.Experience using tools like Hotjar, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Data Studio is a plus.
